Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AqarPilot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

AqarPilot is a professional CRM platform intended for legitimate business use by real estate agencies, brokers, and developers. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm AqarPilot or its users.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to the CRM is by invitation only through your employer or organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with others.

4. Data Ownership

Your company retains ownership of all data entered into the Platform. AqarPilot processes this data on your behalf as a data processor. We do not claim ownership of your CRM data.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Circumvent security controls
• Access data belonging to another company
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Platform

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

AqarPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AqarPilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
